I guess it is not easy to be a nurse, but I think if you love your job, it will be easier. More than a job, it's a mission, a vocation, is not it?

Nurses are very important!

Daily visits to an underfunded and understaffed nursing home for a year taught me just how miserable and thankless an RN's job is (also LPNs and maybe more so) and how grateful we should be for your compassion and dedication.

A kind word, a box of something to munch on, or even a smile and a 'thank you' go a long, long way in recognition of the amazing work you all do !!

What you do is priceless. Thanks for helping all the people you come in contact with

What a coincidence. I just brought my wife, an RN, home from same-day surgery. I didn't know it's a special week for her. She didn't say. Nurses are like that.

Dr's may cure the disease but nurses keep the person alive and fighting.
